Electric Heating Spray Sterilizer Analysis of the Function of Industrial Sterilizer

2025-02-22

Many customers want to ask what the working process of the electric heating spray sterilizer is. The working process of the electric heating spray sterilizer is mainly divided into 4 stages: heating, sterilization, cooling, and drainage
The working principle of the electric heating spray sterilizer mainly includes the following steps:
1. Heating stage: The sterilizer starts to heat, and the temperature in the pot gradually rises. The upper layer of the double-layer sterilizer is preheated in advance. After the sterilization is completed, it returns to the upper tank for storage again to shorten the heating time.
2. Sterilization stage: After reaching the set sterilization temperature, it is maintained for a certain period of time to kill harmful microorganisms in the food. At this stage, different sterilization times need to be selected according to the sterilized product, color, taste, and shelf life.
3. Cooling stage: After the sterilization is completed, the temperature in the pot is gradually reduced through the cooling system until it reaches a safe temperature.
4. Drainage stage: Remove the residual moisture in the pot and keep the food dry. In this way, the food can achieve the sterilization effect after a series of treatments in the sterilizer.
Electric heating spray sterilizer is mainly used in various fields such as food industry and medicine.
Electric heating spray sterilizer consists of pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge, safety interlock device, track, sterilization basket, steam nozzle and several nozzles. The pot cover seal adopts inflatable silicone rubber heat-resistant sealing ring, which has reliable sealing and long service life.
With steam with a certain pressure as the heat source, it has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, and easy control of heating temperature. The inner pot body (inner pot) of this pot is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve, beautiful appearance, easy installation, convenient operation, safe and reliable. The safe use specifications of the sterilizer are as follows:
1. Comply with the operating process indicators of the sterilizer, working pressure 0.2Mpa, working temperature 121℃
2. Operation method of the sterilizer;
a. Load the goods in the tank, close the hatch, and close the safety valve;
b. Turn on the power switch and the air pump switch to make the air pump pressure display above 0.4mpa;
c. Set the sterilization time and temperature; turn on the pressure holding switch;
d. Open the steam valve and heat up; discharge the cold air in the pot during the heating process;
e. When the specified temperature is reached, keep the temperature constant and enter the insulation stage;
f. Keep it at a constant temperature for the required time (different products have different insulation times)
3. Observe the water level gauge. After the cold water is filled, if the temperature indicates about 30℃-50℃, the cooling work is completed, discharge the appropriate amount of cold water in the tank, release the pressure, open the lid, and take the goods.
4. This equipment is strictly prohibited from operating at a pressure exceeding the design pressure (0.3Mpa) and a temperature exceeding the design temperature (140℃);
5. Operators should strictly abide by the safety operating procedures and job responsibility system, and always keep the safety accessories complete, sensitive and reliable. Abnormal phenomena should be handled in time.
6. The sterilizer is equipped with safety accessories such as safety valve, pressure gauge and thermometer. During use, maintenance and regular calibration should be strengthened. The opening pressure of the safety valve of this equipment is equal to the design pressure. It should always be kept sensitive and reliable to prevent arbitrary adjustment. The accuracy of the pressure gauge is not less than level 2.5. Pressure gauges without lead seals shall not be used. Their accuracy should be tested at least once a year. If the pressure gauge fails to indicate, the scale is unclear, the dial is broken, the pointer does not return to its original position after pressure relief, and the lead seal is damaged, it should be replaced immediately. The thermometer should be calibrated regularly. It should be calibrated with a standard thermometer before use and once a year thereafter. If the mercury column is broken and the temperature differs from the standard by more than 0.5℃, it should be sent for repair or replacement.
7. The sterilizing pot should be inspected regularly, with at least one external inspection per year and at least one internal inspection every three years.
8. During use, grease and oil should be applied to the sliding and rolling contact parts such as the lock block and active ring flange to ensure that the friction surface is in a lubricated state.
9. When the sealing ring on the flange surface of the pot body is aged, damaged or has excessive friction, it should be replaced in time to ensure sealing and prevent leakage.
