Reflux Mode – Pursuing Exceptional Purity: In this mode, all adjustable plates are fully engaged. As vapor rises within the column, it undergoes repeated condensation and re-evaporation (reflux process) on each plate. This process separates impurities from the target alcohol with exceptional precision, enabling consistent production of ultra-pure spirit bases with alcohol concentrations reaching 90% ABV or higher.
