1. The lubrication of all parts such as the reducer, transmission box, external meshing gears, and hydraulic oil should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the lubrication table.
2. The brakes of each mechanism should be frequently inspected and adjusted to ensure the gap between the brake shoes and the brake wheels is appropriate, guaranteeing flexibility and reliability. There should be no dirt on the friction surface. If there is any dirt, it must be washed off with gasoline or thinner.
3. Regularly check the connection status of all parts of the hydraulic lift. If any part is loose, it should be tightened. The tightness of the connection bolts of the machine body should be checked when the machine body is under pressure. All connection pin shafts must have split pins, and the split pins must be fully opened.
4. Pay attention to checking whether there are broken wires or loose strands in the steel wires of each part. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately. The maintenance and care of steel wires should strictly follow the provisions of GB5144-85.
5. When installing, disassembling, and adjusting the slewing mechanism, ensure that the center line of the slewing mechanism reducer is parallel to the center line of the gear, and the meshing surface should be no less than 70%. The meshing clearance should be appropriate.
6. Regularly check whether each mechanism operates normally and whether there is any noise. If any fault is found, it must be eliminated in time.
7. If the motor of the hydraulic lift overheats, stop the machine immediately. Only resume operation after the fault is eliminated. The lubrication of the motor bearings should be good.
8. Regularly check all wires and cables for damage. Damaged parts should be wrapped and replaced in a timely manner.
9. Keep all control boxes, distribution boxes, etc. clean and free of dust. Dust on electrical equipment should be cleaned in a timely manner.
10. The contact surfaces of each part's brushes should be kept clean. Adjust the brush pressure to ensure the contact area is no less than 50%.
11. The contacts of the travel switches of all safety devices must be reliable. Arc pits on the contacts should be ground smooth in a timely manner.
