Six types of pressure gauges suitable for different occasions

2022-01-11

Some people may ask, "Where are pressure gauges? I have no idea!" In fact, pressure gauges are the eyes of machines and are everywhere. They are widely used in production activities and machinery equipment. According to different uses, pressure gauges can be classified into many types, such as diaphragm pressure gauges, stainless steel pressure gauges, ammonia pressure gauges, magnetic-assisted electrical contact pressure gauges, shock-resistant pressure gauges, and stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges.
I. Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
Diaphragm pressure gauges are suitable for measuring the pressure or negative pressure of various fluid media with certain corrosiveness, which are non-solidifying or non-crystalline. The corrosion resistance depends on the diaphragm material.
II. Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge
Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, and power stations, where there are high requirements for corrosion resistance and vibration resistance. They are used to measure the pressure of various fluid media. The overall structure design of stainless steel pressure gauges is reasonable and the craftsmanship is exquisite, with high measurement accuracy and long-term stability. Therefore, they can not only be exported but also serve as ideal matching products for domestic users to achieve the localization of similar imported advanced technical equipment.
III. Ammonia Pressure Gauge
Ammonia pressure gauges are mainly used in the production process of fertilizers or refrigeration equipment to measure the pressure of ammonia liquid, gas, or their mixtures. They can also be used to measure the pressure of various media that have no corrosive effect on ordinary carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel, alloy structural steel, and tin solder, and are non-crystalline and non-solidifying.
IV. Magnetic-assisted Electrical Contact Pressure Gauge
Magnetic-assisted electrical contact pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and power stations or in the matching of electromechanical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazards. Usually, they are used in conjunction with corresponding electrical devices such as relays and contactors to achieve automatic control and alarm for the measured pressure system.
V. Shock-resistant Pressure Gauge
Shock-resistant pressure gauges are used to measure the pressure of gases or liquids that have no corrosive effect on copper and copper alloys, are non-explosive, and do not crystallize or precipitate. The most significant feature of shock-resistant pressure gauges is that they can measure pressure normally in machines or equipment with severe vibrations.
VI. Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges are developed based on the structural characteristics of the original diaphragm pressure gauges and have corrosion resistance. They are applied in equipment such as boilers and gas pipelines and are used to measure the micro-pressure and negative pressure of various gas media in processes with high corrosion resistance requirements.
