Key points for the construction and installation of electric heating steam boilers

The installation of boilers and their auxiliary equipment, water treatment equipment, etc. should comply with the technical requirements of the equipment manufacturer. The equipment foundation can only be constructed after the equipment arrives and is verified to be correct against the design drawings.

2. Release air at the highest point and water at the lowest point of the pipeline.

3. The pressure test and acceptance of pipelines after installation shall be carried out in accordance with the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering" GB50235-1997.

All electrical equipment and heat storage devices in the electric steam boiler should be reliably grounded.

Precautions before using an electric steam boiler

The power supply voltage must not exceed ±5% of the rated voltage.

(2) Use kerosene or diesel as fuel. Do not use gasoline or heavy oil. When the temperature drops below 0 degrees in winter, 0# diesel often solidifies and is not suitable for use. It is best to use -10# diesel or kerosene.

(3) Grounding wires must be installed!

(4) Construction requirements: Strong and weak current lines must be routed separately. For instance, weak current lines such as water level sensors and pressure sensors should be routed separately from the strong current control output lines of the controller. When installing on site, they should not be run through the same PVC pipe. If they are arranged in parallel, an interval of more than 200mm should be maintained.

(5) Flammable and explosive items such as gasoline and banana water are strictly prohibited from being placed around the boiler.

(6) When using an electric steam boiler, an electronic leak detection and alarm device should be installed indoors to prevent accidents.
