Daily maintenance of palletizer

2020-10-08

A high-position palletizer, with proper maintenance and upkeep, can be used for 6-10 years, and the economic benefits it brings to the enterprise are very considerable. Therefore, the daily maintenance and upkeep of the palletizer is particularly important. So how to do a good job in the maintenance and upkeep of the palletizer? Let us introduce it below:

After the palletizer is put into production, the relevant responsible personnel must do a good job in recording the operation of the equipment and archiving the materials, and the contents of the archives must be standardized and refined. Its standardized maintenance mainly refers to the maintenance technical requirements in the manual of the palletizer. The fully automatic palletizers and other automated mechanical equipment produced by our company will have detailed introductions and requirements for the maintenance of the equipment in the manual when the equipment leaves the factory. However, through our return visits over the years and the analysis of various problems, we found that after many companies purchase equipment such as palletizers, the management personnel often simply do maintenance in their daily maintenance work, and do not follow the requirements in our manual, such as checking the line, screw stability, adding lubricating oil, belt wear, etc., and there are also few companies that keep good records of the maintenance process.
2. We will provide relevant training to the operators of customer equipment to ensure that the management personnel can reasonably and correctly maintain our equipment in the subsequent use process. We will provide training and explanation on the structure, principle, performance, etc. of high-level palletizers and robot palletizers to ensure production according to regulations.
3. Regularly visit customers and operators to form a consensus between them. We must reject the lazy idea of "repair instead of maintenance" and make equipment maintenance a routine work procedure to institutionalize and standardize it. If conditions permit, administrative office personnel can be arranged to establish a corresponding supervision mechanism to ensure that the equipment can create benefits for customers in a long-term and stable manner.
