I. Preparations Before Startup:
First, check whether the refrigerant pressure is within the normal range (pressure greater than 0.5 MPa). Connect the cooling water and power supply. After closing all air switches/circuit breakers QF, you can press the buttons on the control panel to enter the working state. Before starting the compressor, the compressor oil should be heated for about 8 hours (using the heating/run switch on the touch screen) to raise the oil temperature to around 23℃.
II. Startup Sequence:
After turning on the cooling water, rotate the heating/run switch on the touch screen to the "run" position. When the "start allowed" indicator sign is displayed, you can start:

Press the fan start button to put the fan into operation.

Press the start button for Machine No. 1. The compressor solenoid valve will enter a 30-second unloading state, followed by a 30-second start state, and then enter the temperature control state. Machine No. 1 compressor will be put into operation, and the compressor indicator light will turn on.

Press the start button for Machine No. 2 to put the No. 2 compressor into operation, and the compressor indicator light will turn on.
III. Shutdown Sequence:
The shutdown sequence for the equipment in operation is as follows:
① Press the stop button for the No. 2 compressor.
② Press the stop button for the No. 1 compressor.
③ Press the stop button for the fan. The compressor will enter a 10-minute shutdown protection delay state. Turn off the cooling water.
★ Precautions:
When the dehumidifier is not in use, the outlet air duct should be isolated to prevent the backflow of warm and humid air, which can cause internal corrosion of the equipment.
If the power phase sequence does not correspond to the compressor phase sequence, the compressor will not start. In this case, the power phase sequence should be changed.

If the refrigeration system experiences high high-pressure, low low-pressure, or internal overheating of the compressor, the compressor will automatically protect and shut down. The corresponding fault screen will pop up on the display. After the fault is eliminated, the fault screen on the display will automatically reset, and the compressor can be restarted only after the protection time has elapsed. If a low-temperature warning screen pops up on the touch screen, the No. 2 compressor should be manually shut down.

Manual adjustment of outlet temperature and humidity: When the equipment is operating normally, if the outlet temperature is too low or the humidity is too high, the air-cooled condenser can be opened wider to adjust.
