The weighing filling machine holds a significant position in today's processing industry and is one of the essential equipment for many food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical enterprises in production and processing, playing an increasingly important role in our lives. For enterprises, the use of weighing filling machines is not a problem, but few people know about their maintenance and care. So how can we achieve proper maintenance and care? Well, let's briefly introduce the following points below.
Before going to work every day, observe the water separator and oil mist lubricator of the pneumatic combination two-in-one unit. If there is too much accumulated water, it should be drained in time. If the oil level is insufficient, add oil promptly.
During production, it is necessary to frequently inspect and observe the mechanical components to check if the rotation and lifting are normal, whether there are any abnormalities, and if the screws are loose.
3. Regularly inspect the grounding wire of the filling machine to ensure reliable contact; frequently clean the scale platform; check for air leaks in the pneumatic pipelines and whether the air tubes are cracked.
4. The lubricating oil (grease) of the motor of the reducer should be replaced annually. Check the tightness of the chain and adjust the tension in time.
5. If the equipment is not to be used for a long time, the materials in the pipeline should be drained.
6. Do a good job in cleaning and hygiene work, keep the machine surface clean, frequently remove the accumulated materials on the scale body, and pay attention to maintaining the cleanliness inside the electrical control cabinet.
7. The sensor is a high-precision, high-sealability and high-sensitivity device. Impact and overloading are strictly prohibited. It must not be touched during operation. Disassembly is not allowed except for maintenance needs.
Weighing filling machines require regular maintenance and upkeep to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the equipment, ensure its normal operation, reduce maintenance costs, extend the service life of the equipment, and thereby guarantee the production efficiency and quality of the products.
