Function Description:
This machine is developed based on the advanced technology of similar equipment at home and abroad through multiple improvements and optimized designs. It adopts a four-stage process: peracetic acid warm water spiral immersion disinfection, cap flipping, sterile water spray cleaning, and sterile air drying. This cap disinfection machine is strictly designed according to the disinfection and sterilization process. The caps are propelled forward by the disinfectant spray, and the influence of external factors on the sterilization environment is fully considered to ensure the safe operation and process indicators of the equipment, meeting production requirements and maintaining product quality. The disinfection and sterilization time can be adjusted according to process requirements, and it is equipped with a cap aligner designed and produced by our company, which can adapt to various production scales. The entire system of disinfection, spray cleaning, and drying is centrally controlled by a PLC program, strictly controlling the temperature of the sterilization liquid, spray pressure, and liquid level height of the sterilization tank to ensure thorough sterilization while minimizing the circulation volume of the sterilization liquid and reducing losses. The fan-shaped nozzles are manufactured using American technology, and the machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring stable and reliable operation, a beautiful appearance, and cleanliness. Particularly, a new design has been made in the sealing aspect, significantly reducing the leakage of peracetic acid gas and greatly improving the working environment. The disinfection and cleaning adopt an internal circulation form, reducing energy loss.

It adopts an immersion disinfection method, which is more thorough and reliable compared to traditional linear cap disinfection machines.
It uses an involute trajectory, with a longer sterilization lead, smooth and natural cap ejection, and a reasonable reduction in space occupation.
During sterilization immersion, the cap opening faces upwards for thorough disinfection; the unique 180-degree flip makes the cap opening face downwards, which is very conducive to the drainage of water inside the cap.
The spray pipe has two additional side nozzles, making the sterilization liquid spray more thorough and significantly reducing the cost of replacing nozzles in the nozzle spray cap disinfection method, reducing operating costs for users.
The nozzles are manufactured using American technology and use sterile compressed air for flushing, providing not only the power for cap transportation but also ensuring more comprehensive drying of the entire cap body, effectively reducing liquid residue.
The main box is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the top cover is made of high-quality tempered glass, allowing users to view the sterilization and movement process of the caps at any time.
The adoption of a double-fork tuning fork liquid level controller makes the liquid level height control more stable and precise, and the overall appearance is simple and elegant, greatly improved compared to ordinary electrode-type liquid level meters.
The feeding area adopts a hook-type cap blocking mechanism, which is more reliable and has a longer service life than the ordinary cylinder-type cap blocking method, reducing the cost of cylinder replacement for users.
