A case erector, also known as a carton forming machine, is a specialized device used in production and packaging processes. It automatically completes the folding of the box bottom according to a set procedure, seals it with tape, and then conveys it to the case packer. The machine is fully controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) combined with a display screen. The bottom folding process is continuous without stopping, and the entire process of box suction, forming, bottom folding, and sealing is completed during conveyance. This equipment is essential for large-scale automated production.
