Working Principle:
VOC exhaust gases, after passing through the hydrophobic zeolite concentration wheel, can be effectively adsorbed onto the zeolite to achieve the purpose of removal. The clean gas from which volatile organic compounds have been adsorbed is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The wheel continues to rotate at a speed of 1 to 6 revolutions per hour, while transferring the adsorbed volatile organic compounds to the desorption area. In the desorption area, a small amount of heated gas is used to desorb the volatile organic compounds. The desorbed zeolite wheel rotates back to the adsorption area, continuing to adsorb volatile organic gases. The concentrated organic exhaust gas after desorption is sent to catalytic oxidation (CO), where it is catalytically oxidized and decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O at a temperature of 300°C.
