Linear scrubbing outside the bucket

The external barrel brushing process is achieved by the external barrel brushing machine:

In a relatively closed environment (to prevent the washing liquid from leaking out), the power head drives the (bottle body, bottle neck, bottle bottom) shaped brush to rotate through the gear mechanism. At the same time, the high-pressure pump sucks water from the water tank to continuously spray these parts. In this way, through the continuous brushing effect of the brush and water, the shoulder, body and bottom of the bottle can be thoroughly cleaned. So as to ensure that there are no blind spots in the scrubbing.

ii. Empty buckets are introduced into the external bucket washing machine by side brushes. The external brush of the external bucket washing machine, which imitates the shape of the bucket body, consists of three parts. The first part is composed of specially designed brushes that scrub the bucket mouth, removing dirt, soil and impurities from the bucket mouth. The second part is made up of specially designed brushes for the bucket shape, which powerfully scrub the bucket body, removing impurities without damaging the bucket body or the printed patterns. The third part is composed of specially designed brushes at the bottom of the bucket. It can not only clean flat-bottomed buckets but also those with concave bottoms. During the cleaning process, detergent is sprayed to remove dirt more thoroughly. At the outlet of the bucket, a clean water spray system rinses the scrubbing detergent clean.

iii. The whole machine is equipped with an overload slip device to prevent bottle jamming.

iv. The entire machine is controlled by PLC and forms a closely coordinated whole with the internal washing and filling machine.

v. Equipped with an independent water tank and cleaning pump, it is convenient to use.

vi. Of course, it can also work independently if not connected.

vii. This machine is equipped with a quick-release mechanical arm, which is easy to operate. One person can easily replace the brushes.
