The Z-WNS series oil/gas-fired vacuum hot water boiler adopts the design principle of a water-tube boiler, featuring an SU304 stainless steel heat exchanger, high flue gas heat transfer coefficient, compact structure, and characteristics such as high efficiency and energy saving, ultra-low NOx emissions, and small size. The vacuum boiler operates under negative pressure and is equipped with multiple protection functions, ensuring safety and reliability, and guaranteeing it will never explode. It boasts a compact appearance, convenient installation, easy maintenance, and requires no inspection.
Vacuum hot water boilers operate on the principle of generating steam by boiling water at low pressure and low temperature, and then transferring heat through steam-water condensation heat exchange. The unit's interior is a sealed vacuum chamber. Combustion causes the heating medium, water, to boil and vaporize within the vacuum chamber, producing negative-pressure steam. This steam condenses outside the heat exchanger tubes, heating the cold water inside the tubes and supplying it to the user. The condensed steam forms water droplets that flow back to the heating medium water, where it is reheated and vaporized, completing the entire cycle.
Vacuum boilers operate under negative pressure and are equipped with multiple protection functions, ensuring safety and reliability, and preventing explosions. They utilize SU304 stainless steel tube heat exchangers, offering high heat transfer efficiency, low heat loss, and low exhaust gas temperature.
