YYH Series One-Dimensional Mixer---YYH-1000

This equipment is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, feed, and pesticide industries for mixing dry powders and granular materials.

During operation, the loading cylinder rotates around the central axis (referred to as "one-dimensional movement"), while the material inside the cylinder undergoes three-dimensional motion, thus achieving a mixing accuracy comparable to that of two-dimensional and three-dimensional mixers. Since there is no shaft-type stirring inside the cylinder, there is no concern about contamination from seals, meeting "GMP" and "FAD" regulatory requirements.

The equipment is equipped with a sealed discharge device to achieve dust-free discharge. A spiral plate is installed at the discharge outlet to ensure that the material can be completely discharged. The equipment is also equipped with a vacuum feeding interface, allowing for automatic feeding with a vacuum feeder.

The inner wall of the cylinder is polished to a mirror finish, which reduces the resistance to material flow. Scrapers are welded to the inner wall of the cylinder, and their clever design forces the material to move in multiple directions, ensuring thorough mixing and improving the uniformity of the mixture.

The transmission system is flexible, using frequency conversion speed control, and the rotation of the cylinder can be adjusted in both directions.

The overall structure of the equipment is simple, making it easy to clean and maintain.
