The YY(Q)W series oil/gas/thermal oil boilers use natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas, city gas, light oil, diesel, heavy oil, etc. as fuel. This series of boilers adopts a horizontal, chamber-fired, three-coil structure, with the main body consisting of an outer coil, a middle coil, and an inner coil. Applications include: oleochemical industry, chemical fiber industry, wood processing, papermaking, building materials, food industry, etc.

The YY(Q)W series gas-fired, organic heat carrier boiler adopts a three-pass circular coil structure. The coil ends use tapered coils to effectively protect the furnace walls at the boiler ends. Equipped with advanced combustion devices, the boiler operates fully automatically.

After the fuel is ignited by the burner, the resulting flame fills the circular coils and transfers radiant heat through the coil walls; this is the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion converges at the rear furnace door and then turns to enter the second pass, the convection tube bundle region. After convection heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases before reaching the front furnace door, where it turns again to enter the third pass tube bundle region. Finally, it passes through the economizer and enters the chimney to be discharged into the atmosphere.

The boiler is shipped as a complete unit. After installation on site, it only needs to be connected to gas (oil) or electricity to be put into operation. The boiler's heating surface consists of four parts: the furnace radiant heating surface, the first convection tube bundle heating surface, the second convection tube bundle heating surface, and the economizer (waste heat boiler).

Three-pass oil-filled ignition system

Adopting a three-pass wet-back structure, this system fundamentally solves the problem of excessively high backfire temperature causing damage to the rear smoke box.

Wet-back structure

Fully wet-back structure with fully flanged butt welds reduces the rear tube sheet temperature and prevents cracking.

Densely packed coiled tubes

The heating surface uses densely packed coiled tubes, providing ample heating surface and reducing the heat load on the tube surface for safer operation.

Air preheater or waste heat boiler option

An air preheater or waste heat boiler can be installed at the boiler tail end to improve thermal efficiency.

Large front and rear door design

The boiler features a large front and rear door design for convenient maintenance.

Multiple safety protection functions

Over-oil temperature alarm, over-smoke temperature alarm, low flow alarm, liquid level protection, flameout protection, and system interlock.

Industrialized packaging design

Professional industrialized packaging design with stainless steel outer casing, aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant.

National standard manufacturer materials

Using materials from Anyang Iron and Steel and Tianjin Seamless Steel Pipe Factory to ensure quality.
