    The equipment adopts a fully enclosed design. Blown bottles are transported to the bottle bin via manipulators and air conveyors, reducing intermediate links.     Operation is performed through the human-machine interface, which includes multiple parameter interfaces for simple and reasonable operation. Manual operation is also available. During the equipment’s operation, blow molding process parameters (such as pre-blowing time, secondary blowing time, and exhaust time) can be modified at any time.
  8. Easy Maintenance
    The programmable logic controller (PLC) is connected to the machine via a dedicated communication cable. The user can manage all movements of the machine through the PLC. In case of a machine fault, the PLC provides a warning signal and a fault diagnosis report to the operator. Through the fault display, the operator can quickly identify the cause of the fault and eliminate it promptly.
