The equipment adopts a fully enclosed design. Blown bottles are transported to the bottle bin via manipulators and air conveyors, reducing intermediate links. No manual contact with bottles is required throughout the production process, ensuring no bottle contamination and compliance with national hygiene standards.

Touch Screen (HMI)
Operation is performed through the human-machine interface, which includes multiple parameter interfaces for simple and reasonable operation. Manual operation is also available. During the equipment’s operation, blow molding process parameters (such as pre-blowing time, secondary blowing time, and exhaust time) can be modified at any time.

Easy Maintenance
The programmable logic controller (PLC) is connected to the machine via a dedicated communication cable. The user can manage all movements of the machine through the PLC. In case of a machine fault, the PLC provides a warning signal and a fault diagnosis report to the operator. Through the fault display, the operator can quickly identify the cause of the fault and eliminate it promptly.
