The wave shear production line is composed of uncoiling machine parts, levelling machine parts, wave shear machine parts, belt conveying parts, material receiving table, pinhole detector, electrical control cabinet, etc. For different waveforms, the same equipment can be used to cut, the cutting frequency is 100 times/min, and the equipment can be equipped with special micro hole detection equipment: Photomultiplier tube pinhole detector, microhole detection, detection accuracy is high.
1.3. The equipment can be randomly selected between single, double and triple collection.
