I. Overview
The aseptic air duct conveying line is based on the hygiene type of ordinary air duct conveying line.
The system has been enhanced with a sterile conveying environment and primary, medium and high-efficiency air filters. Through the sterile air duct, the empty bottles produced by the bottle blowing machine are directly conveyed to the filling machine for sterilization, rinsing, filling and capping. The sterile air conveying line is controlled by PLC. This equipment is a closed system. During the conveying process, the PET empty bottles are always in a sterile, clean and positive pressure environment. They move forward with the power of sterile air, avoiding secondary contamination from the outside (or impurities, dust, suspended particles, etc. in the air). The conveying line has the function of conveying.
The conveying route is long and the layout form is diversified. It can convey horizontally, uphill and downhill, as well as turn. This can make full use of the space in the factory building to achieve high-efficiency and high-speed conveying of PET bottles to meet the requirements of high-speed filling machines.
II. Product Introduction

The entire aseptic duct is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which can resist various weak acids, weak alkalis and other corrosions.
2. Fan power
The aseptic fan drive is a power device for conveying PET bottles in an aseptic environment. The number of units configured for each conveying equipment is calculated based on the overall line length and the conveying range of a single fan drive unit. The aseptic fan drive consists of a purification device cover, a centrifugal fan, and air filters (including primary, medium, and high-efficiency filters).
3. Bottle dropping device
The aseptic bottle dropping device is installed at the position of the bottle neck guide rail. When it is not in operation, it serves as the bottle neck guide rail. When it is in operation, it separates and releases the bottles focused here to ensure that there is no excessive capacity on the entire conveying line, allowing the equipment to operate normally. According to customer requirements, manual and automatic aseptic bottle dropping devices can be selected.
7. Control System
The control cabinet is made of stainless steel and has a beautiful and elegant appearance. The safety protection grade is IP56. Each section of the production line is equipped with photoelectric detection points. According to different requirements, operation parameters are set respectively to adjust the operation status (speed and spacing).
