I. Production Line Features
Integrated with modern tea manufacturing concepts, all tea-contact parts of the production line are made of food-grade hygienic materials. Every functional processing module is precisely connected through matching conveying equipment, completely avoiding tea leaf dropping and manual contact throughout production, which realizes fully clean processing.
Professional dust removal pipelines and pulse dust collecting systems are equipped for key working units to collect tea fuzz and effectively improve the workshop working environment. The production line adopts clean dual energy sources of natural gas and electricity.
The whole production process is intelligently controlled by computer, enabling fully automatic, precise, stable and controllable tea processing. It also supports IoT management, intelligent monitoring and intelligent system control to achieve continuous and standardized clean tea production.
