Working Principle:
The wet electrostatic precipitator is an efficient industrial exhaust gas treatment device. After dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, it is first humidified through a spray device, which moistens and increases the weight of the dust particles in the exhaust gas. The humidified exhaust gas then enters the electric field area, where the high-voltage electrodes charge the dust particles in the exhaust gas. The charged dust particles are attracted to the collection electrode plates under the influence of the electric field, achieving the purpose of dust removal. The dust deposited on the electrode plates is removed by water flushing and discharged as a slurry.
