CGF18-18-6 PET bottle pure water rinsing, filling and capping machine absorbs advanced technology of similar foreign products, with stable performance, safety and reliability.

The machine has a compact structure, perfect control system, convenient operation and high degree of automation;

Adopts the technology of direct connection between the air conveying channel and the bottle feeding ,eliminating the bottle feeding screw and conveying chain, making bottle shape change simple and easy. After the bottles enter the machine through the air conveying channel, they are directly sent to the bottle washer for rinsing by the bottle feeding steel  (neck clamping method).

Sterile water bottle flushing
After entering the main machine, the bottles enter the bottle washer through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and flips 180° upward along the bottle flushing guide rail, making the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle washer (determined by the water distribution plate - the bottle flushing water is pumped into the water distribution plate by the bottle flushing pump, and then distributed to the bottle flushing clamps through 18 pipelines by the water distribution plate), the nozzles of the bottle flushing clamps spray sterile water to rinse the inner wall of the bottles. After being rinsed and drained, the bottles are flipped 180° downward along the guide rail under the clamping of the bottle clamps, making the bottle mouth upward. The cleaned bottles are led out from the bottle washer through the transition steel 拨轮 (pure water bottle flushing) and conveyed to the next process - filling.

Filling
During filling, the bottles are lifted by cylinders, running at high speed stably and reliably. Compressed air is connected to the lifting cylinder through the air intake distributor. During operation, compressed air is injected into the cylinder A cavity through the air injection pipe, making the cylinder rise upward. After the bottle mouth rises, the filling valve is pushed open to start filling. When the set filling liquid level is reached, the air return port of the filling valve is blocked by the material, and the filling ends. Then the cylinder descends under the action of the pull-down cam, and at this time, the gas in the B cavity is discharged through the exhaust screw.

Capping
After filling, the bottles enter the capping machine through the transmission star wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the neck of the bottle, and together with the outer neck guard plate of the capping machine, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head revolves and rotates under the drive of the main shaft of the capping machine, and realizes the actions of cap grabbing, cap sleeving, cap screwing and cap removing under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.

The capping head adopts a magnetic constant torque device. When the capping head takes the cap through the cap distribution plate, the top cap sleeve presses against the cap to straighten it, ensuring that the cap is in the correct position in the capping die and ensuring the capping quality. After capping is completed, the capping head slips against the magnetic force without damaging the bottle cap, and at the same time, when the capping head rises, the top cap rod pushes the cap out of the capping die.

Working principle
The cap aligner is equipped with a detection switch. When the bottle caps inside are consumed to a certain extent, the detection switch sends a signal and starts the cap feeder to feed the caps.

The bottle cap disinfection machine is installed outside the sterile room. The bottle caps are arranged by the capping device and then enter the bottle cap disinfection machine. After being rinsed with disinfectant and sterile water respectively, they are sent into the capping machine through a cage.
2. Main features
The high-efficiency centrifugal cap arrangement method results in minimal wear on the caps.
It is equipped with a bottle cap detection mechanism, and the cap signals are used to control the start and stop of the bottle cap elevator.
The empty cover adopts an online continuous disinfectant spray method on the conveying and disinfection guide rails. The Angle design of the nozzles ensures that the disinfectant is sprayed to all points inside the cover. After that, disinfect the empty cover and rinse it with sterile water by spraying.
