The bellows sealed gate valve features a metal bellows as its key component. The lower end is welded to the stem assembly and the upper end to the connecting plate using automatic roll welding, creating a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero stem leakage.
The double sealing design of bellows plus packing provides dual insurance, making the stem seal safer and more reliable while complying with international sealing standards. All bellows undergo 100% fugitive emission testing according to ISO15848 Class A standards before leaving the factory. All bellows components and valves pass 100% standard Class A testing to ensure zero leakage.
The valve cover is equipped with a grease fitting, allowing direct lubrication of the stem, nut, and bushing. It features an ergonomically designed handwheel.
