1.1. Preform feeding system: single-channel preform feeding and star wheel preform feeding are used to effectively solve the wear problem between preform jams and bottle preforms.

 

1.2. Revolution system: special chains are used, driven by servo motors, so that the heating unit is stable in movement, fast in positioning, and low in noise.

        

1.3. Heating system: adopting rotary bottle blowing machine mode heating and transportation can reduce energy consumption and greatly improve the speed and quality of heating.
1.4. Mold system: high-pressure clamping technology is adopted, there is no mold expansion phenomenon, and the mold line is thin. The mold adopts a drawer-type structure, and is positioned on the back plate of the mold with four fixed tie rods, which can be easily replaced within half an hour.
1.5. Stretch-blow system: the cycle time of the first blow and the second blow can be adjusted. Each tie rod can be adjusted separately according to the different tube embryos and different bottle types of customers, with high flexibility.
1.6. Electric control system: pneumatic and electrical components are all internationally renowned brands, the touch screen control system is easy to operate, has a complete monitoring and sensing setting, has a fault diagnosis function, and automatically calculates reports to master the production efficiency of each shift.
1.7. Cooling/chilled water circulation system: a cooling water channel is provided under the heating box. When the bottle embryo is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube to protect the tooth from deformation. Chilled water flows to the mold to quickly cool the mold and improve the production efficiency of the whole machine.
Application of motion controller system:
Use motion control servo system, use PTO (servo positioning module) system for high-speed positioning, approach sensor switch to find the target position of the track, send high-speed signal to the servo system, detect the position of the track online through the high-precision rotary encoder built in the servo motor, and feedback the information to the control system. Finally, the motion controller (electronic cam) and positioning module perform high-speed and precise positioning.
Application structure of servo motor:
Mold frame opening and closing power system: Two servo motors\reducers are used to realize the linkage drive of the mold frame plates on both sides and the bottom mold through connecting rod transmission. The synchronization mechanism adopts clockwise 360-degree rotation direction movement [When the servo motor drives the synchronous belt to rotate half a circle, a mold opening and closing cycle can be completed], and high-pressure boost air source is used to supplement the clamping (buffer to reduce the impact force of the mold, effectively protect the mold, and reduce the visibility of the mold line of the finished bottle). The servo motor powered mold opening and closing structure makes full use of engineering simulation analysis to achieve the effects of high precision, accurate and stable mold opening and closing, fast speed, simple structure, energy saving and environmental protection; the blow molding machine's blow molding opening and closing cycle time can reach 0.3-0.5 seconds/time.
Stepping system: The preform heating, preform delivery to the blow molding station, and finished bottle delivery stepping system use a servo motor to synchronously link on a slider track for rotary high-speed stepping positioning [using the servo motor to drive the gear disk to rotate half a circle, a stepping cycle can be completed (that is, 7 preforms enter the bottle heating, 7 enter the blow molding station, and 7 finished bottles are delivered at the same time], which simplifies the stepping action as a whole, makes the stepping track fast and stable, shortens the production cycle, and greatly improves production efficiency).
Stretching system: The blow molding lifting process also uses a servo motor, which greatly improves the flexibility and accuracy of the blow molding adjustment process (convenient for lifting adjustment when changing bottle types).
1. Mold positioning and installation, mold replacement can be completed easily and quickly within half an hour;
2. The arrangement structure of the heating box saves heating space and energy consumption, and makes full use of the internal space;
3. Application of constant temperature heating box:
The constant temperature light box adopts a self-feedback closed-loop adjustment system. After setting the temperature value, the equipment can automatically adjust the output power in a constant ratio without being affected by voltage fluctuations and ambient temperature changes. At the same time, with the help of the inverter to control the circulating air, it can more effectively ensure the constant temperature inside the light box, so that each preform is heated evenly. Moreover, the bottle keeps rotating in the light box, so that each side of each preform can also ensure uniform heating, thereby improving the blow molding yield and the adaptability of the preform wall thickness (the thickness can reach 4.5mm); and it is more suitable for use in environments with large temperature differences (-28~45℃).
4. The important parts of the whole machine (such as electrical and pneumatic parts, servo motors, reducers, etc.) are all well-known brand products to ensure the reliability, stability and life of the equipment;
5. Human-machine interface control, simple operation, overall computer control, including temperature adjustment and embryo delivery quantity, etc.;
6. Independent operation box, more convenient and flexible arrangement of operation positions;
7. When the automatic embryo sorting system is sorting embryos, each embryo channel has a photoelectric opening detection to control the action of the embryo motor and the embryo separation cylinder to ensure that the embryo tubes of each embryo channel are evenly distributed, and there is a material shortage alarm function;
8. The automatic embryo sorting, embryo loading, bottle removal and bottle arrangement processes are all completed automatically by the robot to avoid secondary contamination in the middle;
9. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is connected to the machine through a specific communication cable, and the user can manage all operations of the machine through the PLC. Once the machine fails, it will provide the operator with a warning signal and a fault diagnosis report. The operator can quickly find the cause of the fault through the fault display and eliminate it as soon as possible.
