Vacuum Oxygen-Isolation Juicing Technology
After pitting and primary crushing, raw materials are fed into the vacuum juicing chamber via a positive displacement pump. Inside the chamber, fruits are pressed by the screw pump and rotating screw, and juice permeates through the juicing screen to complete extraction. The extracted juice is then conveyed to the next processing stage by a peristaltic pump under vacuum conditions, while fruit pomace is discharged through the outlet via the rotating screw.
