The YC GR Series Vacuum Tumbler is constructed with full stainless steel, specially designed to meet the processing needs of large-scale meat and poultry manufacturers. This industrial-grade vacuum tumbler delivers significant improvement to final product quality.
 
Vacuum tumbling is a professional marinating process for meat, poultry and seafood, dedicated to producing value-added, ready-to-cook products. In a controlled vacuum environment, the tumbler effectively enhances the color and texture of muscle cuts, meat blocks, small meat pieces, and whole chicken cuts. Compared to the traditional 24–48 hours of soaking marination, 20 minutes of vacuum tumbling can complete the marinating process before the product is ready for the smokehouse.
 
Meat is batched by weight, and cured through injection, tumbling and massaging, to achieve the precise flavor, texture and meat content as required by customers.
 

Working Principle

 
Based on the physical impact principle, the machine drives meat pieces and various ingredients to flip up and down continuously inside the tumbling chamber. Through mutual collision and rubbing, uniform massaging and marinating penetration are realized. This process greatly improves the binding force between meat and auxiliary ingredients, as well as the elasticity of the meat and overall production efficiency.
