EDDY CURRENT CLEANER: Used for cleaning fresh-cut vegetables such as leafy and root vegetables. It is particularly suitable for coarse and fine washing of cut cabbage (Chinese cabbage, bok choy), brassica (cabbage, cauliflower, kale), and mustard greens.

DICING MACHINE:
1. Used for shredding, slicing, and dicing bulbous and root vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, radishes, lotus roots, ginger, and root mustard.
2. Used for cutting long-strip items such as leafy vegetables, Chinese cabbage, onions/garlic, and fruits into slices, shreds, granules, and segments.

HOIST: Used for continuous conveying of materials with height differences, lifting materials from the initial feeding point to the final discharge point. The mesh belt features high durability and low resistance, preventing bulk materials from sliding off.

ROOTS PEELING AND WASHING MACHINE: Used for cleaning and peeling root vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, and lotus roots, as well as friction cleaning of shellfish products like snails, clams, scallops, sea shrimp, oysters, and razor clams.

SORTING PLATFORM: Used for manual removal of unusable parts on a cutting board and disposal into the waste outlet.
