The V9000 Series Bellows Globe Control Valve is engineered to deliver zero-external-leakage performance, making it ideal for hazardous media such as toxic gases (e.g., chlorine, HCN), flammable liquids (e.g., heat-transfer oil), and corrosive substances (e.g., trichlorosilane, silicon tetrachloride). Its metal bellows seal effectively eliminates conventional packing leakage, ensuring a bellows service life exceeding 500,000 cycles. The valve is compatible with pneumatic film actuators (requiring 0.4–0.6 MPa air supply) or electric actuators (220VAC/380VAC/24VDC). It features a nominal bore from DN15 to DN300, pressure ratings from PN16 to PN260 / Class150 to Class1500, and an extensive operating temperature range of -196°C to 588°C.
