The Zhinong Tomato Cluster Picking Robot enables unmanned harvesting of tomatoes in sunlight greenhouses. It combines artificial intelligence and automatic control technology, using deep learning algorithms for crop state perception and precise positioning. Through multi-objective optimization for autonomous picking and manipulator path planning, paired with the patented annular "spoon-shaped" end-effector, it achieves efficient, safe, and fully unmanned harvesting operations.

  1. Crop State Perception and Positioning: Uses depth cameras and a multi-task neural network to detect each tomato cluster, obtaining its quantity, ripeness, and pose information, achieving millimeter-level positioning accuracy.
  2. Intelligent Picking Decision and Motion Planning: Integrates target information to select targets, abandon abnormal ones (unripe, damaged, or stunted growth), and achieve precise picking, ensuring efficiency, safety, and yield.
  3. Annular "Spoon-shaped" End-effector: Features a non-destructive picking structure optimized for tomato clusters, with a self-closing bag to collect clusters after picking, enabling gentle, efficient, and non-damaging harvesting.
  4. Chassis Designed for Greenhouses: Features a lightweight chassis with a compact layout, high-grade IP65 water and dust resistance, and a large screen and solid touch panel for intuitive operation in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
