The dough sheet is thinned out by three rolling devices, making it more lustrous, with uniform thickness and consistent size of the finished products. Between each rolling device, there are photoelectric eyes to sense the dough sheet.

3. The speed of the pressure wheel can be adjusted. After the final dough pressing, the dough sheet will fall onto the main machine conveyor belt and then be rolled into strips by the roller.

4. It can be matched with an independent servo cutting table to cut the products into slices or columns. The length of the cut products and the weight can be set and adjusted. It can also be matched with a flower shaping machine to shape the products into round or flat-round shapes.

5. The entire line is equipped with synchronous speed regulation function, making operation more convenient.

2. It adopts a PLC control system, dual servo operation, and original German SICK photoelectric sensors. The maximum operating speed can reach 200 pieces per minute for each unit, ensuring stability and high efficiency.

The control system is equipped with a memory function. During production, it can be directly retrieved and used, which is convenient and fast.
