1.1 Product Description

   By-xgf-8-8-3 PET bottle washing/filling/capping three-in-one machine is an advanced machine specially developed for filling mineral water, pure water and other non-alcoholic beverages BY our company in combination with the international advanced filling process and technology. The machine adopts bottleneck positioning conveying method, only need to change very few changes can be applied to a variety of sizes of bottles, to minimize the wear of the bottle body, and stable conveying. The filling method is micro negative pressure gravity filling, which improves the filling speed and can accurately control the filling level. 1.2. Main structural features:

● rack

The frame adopts structural steel body, the exterior is 304 stainless steel layer, 304 stainless steel frame, and stainless steel adjustable footing.

● transport system

The whole process of the bottle delivery system adopts the card bottleneck control except the bottle star wheel, and the star wheel adopts 304 stainless steel card bottleneck star wheel. The air feed system is used to feed the empty bottle to the star wheel.

The bottle pulling wheel adopts a non-stuck bottleneck structure, which can avoid the need to adjust the height of the other equipment chain surface after the three-in-one machine due to the adjustment of the bottle height.

When the user replaces the bottle shape with a different diameter or height, he only needs to replace the positioning wheel tile. Easy and quick replacement.

● Rotary bottle washing part
