The VMV SHT21 is a thermostatic bimetallic steam trap designed for robust performance. It features an A105/F304/F316 body and is rated for PN25, with a maximum inlet pressure of 2.45 MPa and an operating temperature range of 450-500°C. The trap's bimetallic disc operates based on temperature differences, allowing for temperature adjustment. It offers a maximum working pressure of 2.1 MPa and a maximum back pressure of 0.5 MPa. The unit undergoes rigorous testing, including a hydraulic test at 3.864 MPa and a gas sealing test at 2 MPa. Key features include high corrosion resistance, an imported bimetallic disc for precise temperature control, a built-in filter, a linear sealing system, and an adjustable temperature mechanism. This steam trap conforms to GB/T12250-2005, GB/T22054-2008, GB/T13231-2005, and ISO 6948 standards.
