Thermodynamic Disc Steam Trap STD42

The VMV STD42 is a high-pressure Thermodynamic (Disc) Steam Trap, rated for PN63, featuring a full forged steel body and cap available in A105, F304, or F316 materials. It is equipped with a heat-treated and aged martensitic stainless steel disc and seat. A stainless steel insulation cover is integrated to prevent heat loss. The trap also includes a built-in filter and Bernoulli-optimized flow channels, achieving a back pressure ratio of ≥80%. It operates with a maximum working pressure of 4.2 MPa and a maximum working temperature of 350°C. A low-temperature type is available upon request.
