Thermodynamic Disc Steam Trap STD16

The VMV STD16 is a Thermodynamic (Disc) Steam Trap, featuring a full forged steel body and cap available in A105, F304, or F316 materials. It is equipped with a heat-treated and aged martensitic stainless steel disc and seat. A stainless steel insulation cover is integrated to prevent heat loss and eliminate water hammer. The trap also includes a built-in filter and Bernoulli-optimized flow channels, achieving a back pressure ratio of ≥80%. It operates with a maximum working pressure of 1.6 MPa and a maximum working temperature of 350°C. A low-temperature type, offering larger sub-cooling, is available upon request.
