2. Temporary bottle storage counter
1.2.1 When equipment such as the bottle conveying line, inspection machine, and palletizing machine malfunctions, the temporary bottle storage platform is used to temporarily store bottles.
1.2.2 Bottles that are stuck on the bottle arrangement and conveying line due to temporary equipment failure. When the full storage switch set on the bottle arranging machine is touched, the chain plate of the bottle arranging machine stops and the temporary bottle storage platform starts to rotate forward. The bottles are directly sent from the annealing furnace to the temporary bottle storage platform. Fault eliminated, switch released, temporary bottle storage platform reversed and started. The bottles are sent back to the bottle arranging machine.
1.2.3The width of the mesh belt of the temporary bottle storage platform is 3 meters and its length is 6 meters. At the speed of 10 sets of double-dropping machines, it can store bottles for approximately 17 minutes.
1.2.4 The body material of the temporary bottle storage platform is carbon steel, and its surface is sprayed with milky white paint. The side plates are formed by bending 4mm thick steel plates, and the outriggers are welded with rectangular steel pipes of 100*50*3, with adjustable height. Polyoxymethylene mesh belt chains are adopted, each with a width of 609.6mm. The material of the mesh belt chain pad rail is high molecular material, the material of the idler roller is nylon, the outer lining of the guardrail is high molecular material, the inner lining is aluminum alloy frame, and the guardrail bracket is cast steel material.
