Description
This equipment mainly consists of mechanical frame, shaping trough, pressing cylinder, pressurizing device, transmission mechanism and door opening mechanism.
It features easy installation, excellent tea strip shaping effect and continuous operation, matching our fully automatic flat tea production line.
Function
Straighten tea strips to make finished tea uniform and neat in shape.
Module Advantages
- Equipped with intelligent control unit, realizing automatic feeding & discharging, precise metering and material distribution, digital operation and automatic program control.
- Main motor frequency is adjustable within 5–50 Hz, and processing duration can be set freely.
- Adopts non-contact resistance temperature probe. The self-feedback closed-loop system achieves precise temperature control ranging from 50 ℃ to 350 ℃.
