Tea Rolling Module
Description
This module consists of a tea leaf homogenizing machine, horizontal feeding conveyor, inclined conveyor, tea roasting machine, horizontal discharging conveyor, intelligent control system and moisture exhausting system. It features high production efficiency, continuous running performance and large feeding capacity.
Function
The rolling process shapes loose tea buds and leaves into tight strips, moderately destroys leaf cell tissues, and promotes the overflow of tea juice, which greatly improves the solubility and brewing performance of finished tea.
