TXFS Series Multi - Layer Fine Sifter
(Shortlisted Product of Sinograin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd.)
Product Overview
The TXFS series multi - layer fine sifter is developed on the basis of the original planar rotary sieve, with advanced technologies from overseas counterparts digested and absorbed, and continuously optimized. It is particularly suitable for large - volume particle cleaning and classification (separating large/small impurities), and widely applied in industries such as grain, feed, food, chemical engineering, and brewing.
The sifter has a built - in air suction separation system; when used with an external air network, it can control the classified treatment of light impurities and dust.
Product Features
- Large effective screening area, high output, and excellent cleaning/grading performance.
- Adopts a combined suspension rod to support the sieve body, ensuring stable operation and low noise.
- The feeding end is equipped with a material distributor, which evenly distributes materials to each layer of the screen, guaranteeing processing and grading efficiency.
- Metal screen grids feature small mesh size, high strength, high rigidity, and a flat screen surface.
- The side plates of the screen frame and the sieve body are fixed with bolts, integrating the screen frame and the sieve box to enhance overall strength; the screen frame is easy to assemble/disassemble, and has interchangeability for the same aperture.
- Modular transmission structure enables integral replacement, saving maintenance time; low power consumption.
Main Structure & Working Principle
The TXFS series multi - layer fine sifter mainly consists of a frame, sieve body, transmission device, suspension device, feeding box, discharging box, screen grids, and air separation system.
It is a cleaning equipment with a planar reciprocating rotary motion trajectory. By utilizing the particle size difference between grains and impurities, and matching appropriate screen holes and plates, it achieves the purpose of separating materials from impurities or classifying materials during the planar reciprocating rotary motion of the sieve body.
