Product Overview
The TDTG series bucket elevator is a fixed, continuous, vertical conveying device. It is suitable for lifting granular, powdery, and bulk materials, but not applicable for vertically conveying materials containing large lumps or viscous, stringy substances.

Widely used in granaries, flour mills, oil refineries, and other facilities for vertical conveying of granular and powdery raw materials. Compared with conventional elevators in the industry, it offers:

Bearing & Tensioning Design:
- Head and tail pulley bearings are externally mounted for easy maintenance.
- Shaft end sealing uses framework oil seals.
- The base adopts lead screw tensioning; large models use gravity tensioning with lead screw fine-tuning devices.

Material Protection & Customization:
- The head pulley is lined with rubber sheets, and the tail pulley has a squirrel-cage structure to minimize breakage of granular materials.
- Buckets can be customized (e.g., high-strength plastic, nylon, stamped mesh, or stainless steel) based on material properties.
