The main function of the refrigerated compressed air dryer is to remove the moisture contained in the compressed air. The refrigerant in the heat exchanger (evaporator) reduces the temperature of the compressed air to a dew point of 2°C to 10°C, causing the moisture or water droplets in the compressed air to condense. Then, through a separator, the water droplets are separated from the air. The water droplets are then discharged from the system through an automatic drain, thus completing the drying process. Under normal conditions, the water content in the dried compressed air is only about 0.59 g/m³, with a drain rate of up to 93%. Users can select the appropriate model according to their actual needs or add additional filters if required.
