- In the machine feeding zone, bottles are loaded under pressureless and segmented chains. Servo motor control to conveyor mode and packaging actions run synchronously in which sensor signal are adjusted automatically via its speed exchange, so that containers and packages are transported into the machine smoothly without fault.
- Product packages have no contact with oil stain in the whole process, and are protected from being crushed and damaged, so that products are clean and tidy and the package is compact, tidy and beautiful in appearance;
- The cardboard dispensing mechanism can store a lot cardboard loads to avoid refilling cardboard frequently. Users have the option to select Vanta’s automatic manipulator to load cardboard, which as a consequence, achieves full intelligence and automation for modular machine;
- With modular structure design, the machine has strong flexibility and extensibility. A variety of packaging modules cover all carton packing types. In addition, all parts can be configured based on users’ actual demands;
- Centralized lubrication device lubricates the machine centrally, and applies glue automatically, which greatly reduces labor costs;
