- The furnace body and pot adopt a three-layer structure with self-insulation and circulating air ducts, which enables fast temperature rise, saves energy and improves production capacity.
- The pot bottom adopts the most advanced stamping process in China, which completely solves the defects of uneven pot bottom and unclean material scraping.
- The stirring system is equipped with a unique gear reducer in the industry, which effectively extends the service life of the stirring system.
- Automatic discharging system with hydraulic cylinder, which can tilt up to nearly 90° for more thorough discharging and easier cleaning.
- Adopts vacuum cooking technology, which greatly reduces the cooking temperature. It avoids color and flavor changes of heat-sensitive materials caused by overheating, retains the original color and aroma of raw materials, and shortens cooking time by extracting water from materials through vacuum.
Four optional heating methods: Electric heating, steam heating, gas heating, heat transfer oil heating (can be customized according to customer requirements).
