Steam heat shrink film machine
This process is accomplished by a steam heat shrink machine:
The water tank is connected to the finished water pipeline. The float-type electronic water level controller presets the water level. The electric heater heats the water in the reactor. When the preset value (2 to 4 atmospheres) is reached (this process takes about 10 to 20 minutes), the steam temperature at this time is 140 to 170℃. At this point, this machine can start to work. When the bucket passes under the steam scattering hood, it sprays downward to heat the neck of the bucket, completing the heat shrink film.
