Slat Chain Conveyors
Slat chain conveyor, stainless steel slat chain conveyor, top chain conveyor, single-row slat chain conveyor, beverage slat chain production line, metal slat chain conveyor
Slat chain conveyors are applicable for single-row conveying to match labeling, filling, washing and other equipment for beverages. They can also convert a single row into multiple rows and run at a low speed to accumulate products, ensuring sufficient material supply for sterilizers, bottle accumulating tables and bottle coolers. The head and tail sections of two conveyors can be connected with overlapping hybrid chains to keep bottles and cans in dynamic transition, thus avoiding stagnation on the line. They support both pressure and pressure-free conveying for empty and filled containers.
Slat Chain Materials
Carbon steel, stainless steel and thermoplastic chains. Slat chains in various widths and styles are available to suit different demands, realizing horizontal conveying, horizontal turning, lifting and lowering.
Slat Chain Specifications
- Straight-running slat chain widths: 63.5, 82.5, 101.6, 114.3, 152.4, 190.5, 254, 304.8
- Curved slat chain widths: 82.5, 114.3, 152.4, 190.5, 304.8
