The SparkCCD 6500 full-spectrum direct-reading spectrometer uses a high-resolution linear CCD (Charge-coupled Device) as the detector to achieve full-spectrum scanning. It employs an intelligent control system for the optical chamber inflation, resulting in more stable instrument performance and a longer service life. A vast array of spectral lines eliminates analytical limitations, allowing for segmented curve transitions and seamless transitions between different spectral lines of the same element. Third-element interference correction enhances the accuracy of elemental analysis. Users can add analytical matrices and elements on-site without additional hardware, simplifying maintenance. The continuously adjustable energy and frequency fully digital solid-state light source adapts to various materials; network port data acquisition and transmission offer high speed and enhanced versatility.

* A high-resolution, high-dispersion optical system built in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, employing a high-end holographic grating with a 500mm focal length, offering a wider spectral range and higher resolution.

* A patented, fully digital, high-stability excitation source with a frequency up to 1000Hz, allowing for optimal analytical results by matching different light source conditions to different materials.

* An integrated lens isolation valve automatically isolates the excitation stage from the optical system atmosphere, preventing intensity reduction due to light chamber contamination during routine maintenance and avoiding optical system contamination caused by misoperation.

* A coaxial spin-type gas path excitation stage with a spin gas path ensures thorough excitation, requiring no cleaning even after thousands of excitations, significantly reducing workload.

* Innovative intelligent curve jump technology broadens the range of analytes within the same analytical program. It intelligently selects the optimal analytical line in the background based on the sample's analytical values, improving the accuracy and stability of elemental analysis.

* A powerful software system with a simple, intuitive, and easy-to-use interface, providing users with a convenient and smooth operating experience.
