Product Properties

Soybean Phosphatidylcholine (abbreviated as PC, also known as lecithin) is the most biologically active component in soybean lecithin. This product is refined and extracted from powdered soybean lecithin as raw material, using proprietary patented technology and equipment.
 
PC25 and PC35 are amber viscous liquid or powder-granule form; PC50, PC60 and PC80 are yellow plastic form. The product is hygroscopic and prone to oxidation, readily dispersible in water to form a stable emulsion; it is insoluble in acetone, and soluble in organic solvents such as diethyl ether and n-hexane.
