This process ingeniously combines falling film evaporation with forced circulation evaporation crystallization, which can effectively solve the problems of high steam consumption, small concentration ratio, long concentration time, low crystallization rate and energy waste. The technical solution is: The sodium gluconate solution coming out of the first-effect separation chamber is sent to the heating chamber of the crystallizer by an axial flow pump. In the heating chamber, the sodium gluconate solution is heated by steam heat. The sodium gluconate solution ejected from the heating chamber of the third-effect evaporation crystallizer enters the upper part of the third-effect evaporation crystallizer and is rapidly flash evaporated and concentrated into a supersaturated solution under high vacuum. The supersaturated solution precipitates crystals and continuously grows, which are separated by centrifugal force and extracted by the discharge pump at the discharge port.

This process features low steam consumption, a large concentration ratio, short concentration time, high crystallization rate, regular crystal form and low evaporation temperature. It represents an innovation in the evaporation and crystallization process of sodium gluconate.
