Sleeve Labeling Machine

The sleeve labeling machine is designed to automate the labeling process for products. In production, products that require labeling are evenly spaced and conveyed by the inlet screw. The products are then sent into the core unit of the sleeving system. When the product is detected by the labeling sensor, the information is immediately transmitted to the control center (PLC). The PLC then issues commands sequentially and continuously for label feeding, positioning, cutting, and applying. Once the labeling process is completed, the product moves into the label and shrinking unit.
