1.1.1 The bottles undergo online inspection on the bottle arrangement and conveying line. The bottle arranging machine is connected to the exit mesh belt of the annealing furnace through the transition plate. After passing through multiple rows of differential chain plates to form a row, it enters the photo inspection machine for inspection. Then, it is divided into two rows by multiple rows of differential chain plates and enters two comprehensive inspection machines for inspection. After that, it enters the manual light inspection position. After manual inspection, the online detection is completed, and the bottles enter the palletizing machine.
The body material of the bottle arranging and conveying machine is carbon steel. The side panels are formed by bending 3mm thick steel plates, and the outriggers are welded with 60*3 square tubes. The surface is sprayed with milky white paint, and the height is adjustable. The chain plate is made of stainless steel flat top chain, with a material of 1Cr13 and a width of 114.2mm and 82.6mm. The material of the chain plate pad rail is high molecular material, the material of the idler roller is nylon, the outer lining of the guardrail is high molecular material, the inner lining is aluminum alloy frame, and the guardrail bracket is cast steel material.
The drive motor is a SEW reduction motor with a power of 1.5KW, featuring variable frequency speed regulation and connection control for the bottle conveying line.
