Single-layer sake tank

Single-layer clear beer tanks, also known as storage tanks, are used to store fresh beer. These tanks are used to clarify beer by removing yeast and other turbid substances. Tengwei clear beer tanks* are manufactured from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, with surfaces available in 2B finish or higher precision polishing. The insulation layer utilises high-performance polyurethane insulation, with temperature control dependent on the refrigerant within the jacket surrounding the tank. Products can be designed and manufactured to meet specific customer specifications.

Scope of Application

Single-walled clear beer tanks are commonly used as fermentation and storage equipment for wine, dairy products and similar applications; they are suitable for sectors including food, dairy, fruit juice and beverages, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, and biotechnology.

Structural Features

Single-walled clear beer tanks are available in capacities ranging from 100L to 30,000L and can be customised to meet client requirements; the material is food-grade stainless steel; the structure comprises an inner tank, jacket and outer casing, with the space in between filled with insulation material; The inner wall has a surface finish of less than 0.6 micrometres, whilst the exterior can be finished in a natural finish or mirror polish; jacket configurations include conical bottoms, Miler plates, arched designs and corrugated channels; all piping complies with sanitary ISO or DIN standards, with polished inner and outer walls to meet dairy-grade hygiene standards; the PLC control system enables automatic or semi-automatic control, ensuring the accuracy and validity of process parameters and experimental results.
