  • Tray Storage System

Used for temporary storage and organized stacking of trays, providing a buffer between processes and ensuring continuous production flow.

  • Rotary Rack Oven (Electric)

The oven uses hot air circulation and precise temperature control (±1°C) to ensure uniform baking. It plays a critical role in achieving consistent color, texture, and product doneness.
